Brute strength or a mental genius? Both are muscles in our bodies. Both need to be worked out frequently. And both have a way of fighting against us. So, I guess the main question is which one is stronger: Brains or brawn?

1. The Physical 100



What’s It About: 100 of the most athletic people in Korea, 77 men and 23 women to compete against each other to see who comes out on top. The contestants go head-to-head in a series of grueling individual and team challenges. The games of strength including balance, agility, endurance, strong willpower and strategy. Who will be crowned the winner of the Physical 100?

2. Siren: Survive The Island



What’s It About: 24 women from different high demanding jobs that include police officer, firefighters, soldiers, athletes, and stunt women compete for survival on a remote island to determine which team will be the victor. The women are divided into six teams of four. They compete in various challenges until only one team remains. Which team will get crowned the winner?

3. Great Escape



What’s It About: Celebrities compete in large-scale escape rooms, finding clues and solving puzzles in order to successfully escape, often with hilarious results. Each escape has a theme and a background story. New areas get unlocked when accomplishing tasks until the last celebrity makes it to the final exit of the escape room.

4. The Zone



What’s It About: Being shown as agents of mankind, the trio are sent into eight disaster situations and must survive for four hours. The only rule: Survive no matter what. Some of the disasters the agents must face include the zombie apocalypse and other grim fates for the future of humanity. The challenges are filled with unexpected situations, traps, and many temptations.

5. Busted



What’s It About: A whodunit mystery show. Celebrities try and solve various clues to solve a mystery. The detectives (as they call themselves) recieve a different case based off the small vignettes they are shown. The detectives uses their strengths and weaknesses together to solve the puzzles. Tension gets high as the teams grow closer to solving the main mystery…what happened to Project D?
