1. Pandora
What’s It About: Jae-Hyeok lives in a small Korean town with his mother, sister-in-law, and nephew. He has a job at the local power plant. His co-worker, Pyung-Sub is worried about the conditions of the facility, but no one listens to him. An earthquake strikes the town one night and one of the nuclear reactors starts to overheat. Attempts to cool down the reactor fails and leads into a full scale nuclear meltdown. The KCDC decides to lock down the town and quarantine the community. A rescue team is created and Jae-Hyeok joins to go and save his family.

2. Haeundae (Tidal Wave)
What’s It About: In the Haeundae District of Busan lives Man-sik and his girlfriend Yeon-Hee. He owns a small sushi shop on the beach and is planning on proposing to his longtime girlfriend. Geologist Kim Hwi notices the East Sea is showing a similar pattern and activity to the Indian Ocean at the time of the 2004 tsunami. The Disaster Prevention Agency assures Hwi that Busan is at a safe distance from the ensuing threat. A large super tsumani has formed near Tsushima, Japan and the residents of Haeundae only have ten minutes to escape the oncoming tsunami.

3. Ashfall
What’s It About: Stagnant since 1903, Baekdu Mountain starts rumbling and erupting. Professor Kang Bong-Rae has studied the mountain for years and warned of the possibility of erupting for three years. To prevent another disaster, the South Korean government decided to follow a theory proposed by Professor Kang Bong-Rae. Captain Jo In-Chang is recruited to lead the operation. Jo In-Chang with his team depart on a plane. The plane malfunctions and the team parachutes into North Korea. They locate Lee Joon-Pyeong, who is a part of the Korean People’s Army as a spy. In-Chang and his team force him to show them where the closest mine is near the mountain. The two very different soldiers must work together to race against the clock and save all of Korea before it’s too late.

4. Exit
What’s It About: While in college, Yong-Nam was considered one of the best rock climbers. Now, many years later, Yong-Nam is an adult that lives with his parents and is currently unemployed. His mother has a 70th birthday coming up and Yong-Nam wants to celebrate it at the Cloud Garden convention hall. His crush Ui-Joo works at the hall and he acts surprised to see her. A terrorist truck parked outside the convention hall releases a mysterious white gas into the city. It quickly spreads and causes mass chaos. Yong-Nam urges everyone to the rooftop where a rescue helicopter is waiting. After realizing there is not enough room for everyone. Yong-Nam and Ui-Joon must climb their way across the city to find safety.

5. Sinkhole
What’s It About: Jung Man-Soo lives in a cheap apartment building called Chungwoon Villa. Park Dong-won has finally saved enough to purchase a condo after 11 years of saving. He moves into Chungwoon Villa. He throws a housewarming party for his friends and family. An overnight downpour creates a sinkhole under the building. The building gets engulfed in the sinkhole and goes down in minutes. Water is starting to fill the building with people trapped inside. The group must find a way out before it is too late.
